Hi @Robert Hasty, I wanted to check in and see how things panned out over the last year.

Leases of those properties increased 10.6 percent on the year, with 575 units leased compared to 520 last January.

Now the new property manager has allowed these tenants on both sides to put, last I checked 5 unregistered cars on one lawn and 7 on the other side of the lawn.

The good news is, if it's your primary residence and you've lived there for at least 2 of the last 5 years, you might be exempt from this tax up to a certain limit.
