I am coming onto a larger sum of $$ from 2 flips that will be closing soon and just want to have my ducks in a row.  

Sometimes the same write-off can be on line A or line B, and that choice can make a difference. 

I definitely will be searching out for a broker, just wanted to get an idea of what I can find in my current situation because I was told I probably needed a partner that brought in experience and a larger net worth.Thanks @Kyle Jean!

There are two mortgages on the home, the smaller from Wells Fargo and the larger from a mortgage servicing company.
