You just do the best you can in any facet of your daily life-be that buying things, renting apartments or raising your kids.

My wife and I and our 2 young kids currently live in Ohio. 

Providing for my wife and 3 kids consistantly, without constantly stealing from my own piggy bank, being home every night for dinner and the like are also benefits.

Just don't give up and do your homework.

All pretty low risk/high reward IF you do your homework BEFORE you write the offer.

I have to say that the state of disrepair/decrepitness ofthis crappy old mobile exceeded even my worst expectations :shock: Ican`t believe that a husband, wife, 4 kids and 3 dogs actually lived here up until just 5 weeks ago - it *looks* more like this mobile was abandoned and left to the elements more like 5 *years* ago, based on my brief walkthrough.

There are many advantages to investing here as Jon mentioned, but I caution you to do a LOT of homework when it comes to finding someone to manage your property.
