I've recently been looking into Co-Living which is essentially renting by the room (in a more organized and structured way).

Is a  non occupant  co borrower  ( like a  relative/ parent ) an option ?

I used one in Denver, CO. in 2002 and they helped me wholesale 3 deals and complete my first fix/flip.  

If you're currently an airbnb host/co host or own any STR/MTRs, I'd love to offer a helping hand 2-3x a week and possibly every other weekend - lets talk what works best for you. 

My intuition tells me they will be skeptical as this isn't a commercial transaction per say, it's just a group of separate co-ops in the same building.
