Finish the job first. 

Hey folks,Sorry for the rather broad discussion - I've got a bit of an odd situation right now which is rather time-sensitive, so I wanted to get this out sooner (even in a more broad & vague form) rather than later.I've decided to quit my relatively high paying job in the near future to travel for awhile (couple years, visiting home ever few months or so) and possibly even retire early.

Will need to re-evaluate the economy, stock market, interest rates, unemployment, jobs, case shiller, consumer confidence.

Also, as far as good signs for a market: look for job growth, population growth in the area in the last several years, see how many major employers are there, whether these major employers can sustain the population growth, whether these are the types of employers that will remain for a long time (in demand, like a Hospital or  College), also how close is a town to the large metro, can people get to work under one hour.

Kadash that I have 3 kids and a family, and I work a couple jobs, still digging out of the hole he put me in.

This is also a full time job for many of us and our livelihood depends on our deal flow and we need capital to sustain it.

I'm looking for a Sales Acquisitions job in Sevier, Knox, Blount Counties area. 

This is way too far along to be screwing up like this.If you can't move into the property it requires 25% down so tell them to do their job and fix this asap. 

While I have been waiting on the BRE I have taken a personal assisting job and the more investors I meet, the more they tell me not to get my license to sell real estate and to just focus on the investing side of it.

@Kevin Marino Having a high paying W-2 job is sometimes the best way to get into Real Estate.
