If you are seeking to go back to work, perhaps you're originally employer would take you back as a dispatcher or some other in the building type job until you are recovered enough to get back into your cdl truck job.

Hi Khu, If you haven't already, I'd suggest attending REI meet ups and events.

Find out how long they have to contest it and at the same time tell the PM that is it their job to manage the place, so they are the ones who decided how much of the deposit to keep and should have included an itemized bill in the letter they sent.

Definitely depends on lots of factors - I would strongly suggest learning how to do basic modeling/underwriting and projecting the cash flows out in different scenarios 

I would suggest you find an accountant who is more specialized in real estate, and fast too!

A bit is missing here, I would suggest syncing up with a real estate-focused accountant to do it for you to avoid headaches and mistakes made!

Since you are just graduating college you may already realize that it's not what you know, but who you know (as a personal note, I had college friends that were barely passing their classes however they ended up with really good paying jobs due to "who they knew").
