I have done every type of construction work from digging foundations to roofing, so I have the knowledge base.

The problem is everyone knows a little about 1031 exchanges but there don't seem to be common knowledge when discussing the implications.

And, if you balk at the $1,200 per year you pay for property insurance, you'd pay maybe $1,000 per year in time, state filing fees, accounting, and corporate diligence to have and sustain a legal LLC.

They should be able to give you some information.The painting thing may not link you with people that have Real Estate Investing knowledge.

The amountof knowledge here is staggering.The place to start is by reading.
