listen i will tell you the whole truth.. first off i am physically disbled i fell at work.. thats besides the point...the buyer put an offer on the house and he had the highest offer of 670 i told my realtor to tell the buyer.. to lower the offer by 50 thousand to 620 and just give me 50 grand cash since i have no money that was 2 years ago he was never able to close in time since i had 2 bank mortgages the never agreed on the price simultaneously or once they agrreed but he didnt get a mortgage in time yada yada.. so i guess everytime he had to give an offer for the new contract..

Doesn't make sense, and that's why you only offer what you think it is worth.How much discount they will accept and how far along in time also varies from bank to bank, so you have to learn them all, or guess, or just keep putting offers in on the same property repeatedly until it sells.
