I have been a management intern for 6 months.

I like the way they present their reports, everything is don't electronically & the emailed reports are very detailed.

My life experience on warranties for furniture, appliances, cars, electronics, etc has taught me warranties are a good deal mostly for those selling them.

We will typically add a grounded (3 prong plug) in each of the bedrooms and the living area so that it can handle the load of newer electronics.  

I was simply speaking to the tendency toward victim mentality some people in that demographic have, and how we as landlords and potential landlords can avoid trouble while maintaining our internal standards for tenants.

Originally the purpose was for sensors (humidity/moisture, temperature, electrical consumption, motion), but them we started to add control features (thermostat limits, electronic lock, etc), with the ability to delegate some access to the tenants.While it doesn't increase our rent, it does make looking after our student houses easier and the "coolness" factor does seem to help with word-of-mouth marketing.

I have kept my sales license active but have not been actively doing agent work since then - instead focusing on school and interning for a larger RI firm in Manhattan. 

It's always that battle of balance going on internally.

Raising minimum wage many QSR fast food are starting to implement electronic kiosks to reduce workers needed to fill orders.What price range you have to spend makes a difference as well. 1 to 2 million mainly fast food available.
