Do you honestly think that the buyer you are going to interact will do any of the following?

I had a short interaction with an attorney in So Cal last year.

I don't have as large a net worth as you but I am doing quite well compared to many of those I interact with on a daily basis.

I do not interact with the tenants for exactly the reason you are facing.
