The reason someone responds to your marketing instead of calling an agent and listing it is a human issue, not a house issue.

Besides the human element on loss of life how secure would you feel with your current policy if that was your property?

I drive old paid for cars and live in a house that was 2/3 of what we could afford…but I’m growing my assets every month / year and I KNOW it will pay off in time, but if just being human for a moment you can easily get caught up in comparison etc.  

Human Capital is the best form of leverage I know of.  

Human behavior always traps us in vicious cycles, where cash is only used as a stepping stone for more leverage.
