For investment opportunities I'm looking in El Segundo, the areas surrounding the Heights, Bellaire-outside-the-loop, Pearland, and GOOF.

Heights area, and 1 is on the East Side near the lake.

I live in Hudson and work in Middlesex, so any areas within a 30 min drive of those 2 points is ideal.I've been looking a lot in the better areas of Jersey City Heights, Bergen-Lafayette, North Bergen, West New York, Union City etc.

Talked to a couple people in front of their homes, and they called it the next Heights.

I would definitely go with a "one-trip" container and one with a higher head height; but if you don't live near a port, you will probably pay more to get a "clean" container.You need to consider that every time you cut a hole in the side, you compromise some of its structural integrity and you'll need a structural engineer to certify your plans.

I did a quick search on realtor.com using your criteria for and found a property worth considering near Congress Heights DC @ 107 Joliet St: https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/...I know that general 5-10 mile area gets a bad reputation, but that specific area is not bad (I visit nearby for work) and for the right price and renovation, you may attract the right tenant for the 2nd unit.

Most manufacturers charge the same price for any sizes up to 101 unit inches, which is the width + height.

I'm also closing on a house in flamingo heights (Yucca Valley) on tuesday and need to do renovations to make it into an airbnb!
