Sure it may be easy for you to smile and return the contract, but if you were about to lose your house to the bank or needed to sell for other financial or health related reasons, I don't think there would be anything to smile about.

There were more than twice as many people working on the Obama campaign than there are all of - ahem- Alaska.BTW, in the picture that is my avatar, I am smiling because I have my arm around Michelle Obama.

I hope the Fortune Buddha will smile on me and my family this coming Tuesday.

A commonality I noticed was that many of the wealthy have a healthy mix of real estate AND stocks/bonds. 

Otherwise take that $5k and put into savings for any potential issues you might come across in the near future until you have your reserves at a healthy amount to cover any issues.

It's healthy competition but definitely doesn't indicate there's more supply than demand.

So far all we see in 2016 is another sellers market, but not as hot as 2015, but still extremely healthy and robust.
