The cabins do very well as we are the only side by side option (unique selling proposition) for large luxury accommodations and we book 95% family reunions all summer at a premium.

In light of these circumstances, I'm seeking advice on the best financing options to address this costly project if insurance coverage falls short.

I'm not confident in listing traditionally and just wanted to explore options and speak to anyone who has experience in these type of deals in the city. 

We also are establishing an office there for clients to come look over options, get in-house financing, and we also offer help getting matched with an interior decorator to help with the flow and design of the interior. 

Still, a low credit score is going to roadblock most financing options. 

Affordable housing is a need, there is amply opportunity for MFH options when it comes to investing in Winston-Salem. 

I bought what I could, financed what I could without getting overleveraged, raised private money, did a lot of BRRRR's, some lease options, some flips, built new construction, also got divorced, which wiped me out, but I found a way to keep going. 

@Theresa Harris So, you are saying that making your first question to a PM to be about expenses is the best option.

Buying smart is always the best option, no matter the speculation of the market, so if the numbers work for cashflow today with a fixed rate then buy it.
