Getting a contractor can be extremely frustrating especially if you need to make an offer without even looking at the property.

We invited everyone over to our house to get to know them, sent out our rules and regulations to them, gave them our contact information, they met our kids and we had some drinks together...we have really considered their feelings along the way.The entire situation is frustrating.

It's very frustrating.

Some just want to bend my ear and know their frustrations have been heard.

I suspect it does its better than a home owner getting frustrated and just abandoning the building and creating another blighted unit. 

In a few states, any licensed dealer can apply for a "lost title", and many many higher dollar single section homes magically appear "from out of nowhere" in those states, usually because of unpaid taxes in some other state.BP is a valuable resource, but it has its frustrations.

I've been so frustrated they didn't work out because now I do agree with you that a lot of people are jumping on the band wagon.

It's frustrating but these are the cards the market has dealt right now.
