I binged on a TON of past podcasts on the drive up here, and have got her sold on the idea of house hacking.We'd like to invest in a small multi-unit around the Clifton/UC area, but as the old AF saying went: "flexibility is the key to air power, and in-decisiveness is the key to flexibility!!"
