Irvine it's almost impossible to get anything 3/4 plex under $1MM.

FIBI has multiple chapters near irvine, CA we have one down here as well as long beach and manhattan beach and pasadena. so depending on where you're at in so cal theres probably one near you. 

I live in San Juan Capistrano, CA (near Mission Viejo, Irvine, Laguna Niguel, etc.)I graduated in December with a degree in music, but I realized, about a year before graduation, that the music industry would not be my home.

Or, if you want to fight this regardless, lawyer up. 

I tried to reason with them but they refused to pay the rent, to kick out the extra people, and also refused to leave the apartment.The tenants started to have fights which damaged the property, parties, smoking marijuana inside the home and in front of the house, and getting into altercations with my neighbors.
