Do you think we should be in CCR or is it ideal not to have CCR at all?

@Brandon Walston - Every state has their own landlord / tenant laws, but I think pretty much all of them (or maybe even at the federal level), you must honor the lease that is in place when you buy a tenant occupied property.

Hello I have a question as to how can I find investors for real estate deals and projects, are there investors interested in community development, I have many questions and even a business partner in texas looking for community oriented investors,  what's a good place to start and grow from there thank you all for your time and advice now and in advance 

But it really gets serious with how you handle showings, your application, how you conduct tenant screening, credit / background checks and your communication style throughout all of this.

You can close the loan in an LLC so that when you file the 1st year you can pay all payments out of your business bank statements and it will not go against your DTI for future home purchases or refinances.
