Franklin: R E S P E C TI've never been in Rochester, but all of my properties are in a C-D type of neighborhood in Atlanta, so, these are my experiences:Before I started buying houses in that neighborhood I used to flip lots there, because a lot of new construction was happening (all mortgage fraud, as I later learned) .
