Hi guys I just want to know if it is legal to close on a short sale using hard money and then double close to wholesale it out or assign it?

Hey guys,Does anyone know if double closings are allowed in NC?

You will meet other real estate professionals  developers builders flippers you name it.. working by yourself your on an island.. and believe me to the buyers of these your just another one of 50 wanna bee wholesalers in their rolo dex.. your only as good to them as the next deal you may or may not bring.. you cant list and sell the property that you just sold them .. some other agent makes that.. if you were an agent you would be double dipping these things..

I would assume it's going to be at least double that, maybe more given you need a cleaning crew that can turn the property around in 4-5 hours on times when you have a same-day turn.

I also hire a "walk through" person on one of my properties that I pay to walk through before guests arrive and double check everything that my cleaners miss.
