Just keep in mind they are way more expensive than a normal house per square foot because they have all the features of a house with a much smaller footprint.

Spot on @Andy Mirza, I run 5 single member LLCs and having the desktop version with the Classes feature makes it much better for P&L analysis as well as it is more cost effective than the online version.

Focus in on houses that are discounted for a reason that you can fix like roofs, vandalism, poor upkeep, or just ugly... you will be able to improve those features and increase the value of the home... you will not see an ROI on jacking up the entire house 24" so that you have a crawl space.
