Always wanted to learn more about multifamily deals How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It’s a 3/1 home 846 sq ft.

It could be - but they are not specialized in real estate. 

Should of done it far sooner.

My CPA requires Quickbooks online and it seems there isn’t an easy way to do the data entry and allocations and keep those two systems inline with all the transactions.  

It will not offset capital gains, rather offset the ordinary income.

It's what I would describe as a very steady, stable market. 

Or if that’s not allowed sell it to a friend who will then sell it to my personal IRA at a discounted rate so when I turn 65 and sell the properties , I don’t have to pay any tax on all of my properties assuming I don’t sell them until they are in my IRA account…That is a prohibited transaction and not something you can do.

I am still not sure which one is sufficient for me to do.

I'm feeling bullied and as if I'm being held hostage and am not sure what I can legally do.
