It sounds like we have a very diverse economy compared to some rural areas maybe?

After some research, I found out decent deals / promotions with CNB bank.

Harrisburg is a great market in that you have diverse job sectors, and you can also find a good blend of cash flow and appreciation. 

I've looked at all of the accounts of the posters and their only posts are on threads about "Right Path" basically trying to promote the company.

Obviously Boston as a whole is one of the most diverse economic cities in the US, but I think finding the right pockets is essential.

Killeen isn't on my list because of the lack of diversity in employers.

Some people will even be jealous and some people will view you as a less serious employee, and your investments could hamper your chances of corporate promotion as some people will view it as you don't need the money.
