Why did you choose the real estate world to dive into?

I figure education is probably the main thing I can work on but are there any specific concepts I should be diving into?

So many agents want to get all their systems and tech in place and have everything perfect before they really dive in and get started- much like like, it’s never perfect, jump in with both feet and go!

Before we get to deep into things, we need to determine who will get paid a percentage of what and when. 

Completed my first deal and was excited to continue diving into real estate.

In the last year I started to dive into REI.

I’ll have to dive into that more.

If you're not considering at least 2 - 5 each week, you need to either ramp up your own marketing (not recommended, BTW), or engage a deep bench of active wholesalers who can serve you deals on the regular.

I'm ready to dive in, but I'm nervous that I'll pass up a better opportunity - such a vicious cycle.  

Nothing wrong with these things but they did take me off track for a bit.After reading (and beginning to implement) the 4 Disciplines of Execution and Deep Work by Cal Newport (thanks @Brandon Turner, for those 2 podcasts.
