You’ll find quite a few online articles that depict a very rosy outlook for the Jacksonville market, forecasting double-digit appreciation for 2019.However, I think leaving a property vacant for too long is risky.

Last time I purchased a property in SBC, my escrow company sent me a digital copy of the deed the day it was recorded, but you should also receive one in the mail from the county eventually (though it took about a month the last time).
