I could state the property is being rented to the property management company / LLC.Do you think that will fall under fannie mae / freddie mac guidelines?

Often the 15 year loans are not resold to Fannie May, or Freddie Mac, so it might not count as one of your personal loans for your maximum amount of loans. 

@Christopher Griffin, my husband and I are also located in Los Angeles and just purchased an investment home in Tulsa via Freddie Mac.

And so now we attend the local MAC (Military Advisory Committee, I think) meetings, where military members meet up monthly with Chamber of Commerce representatives, and work together for some common goals. 

They sell off their traditional Freddie Mac types.Just an avenue you may want to explore if you haven't already.

I am in contract on a owner occupied property with Freddie Mac.

The discrepancy is due to the methodology of Freddie Mac's weekly rate survey in that it only captures quotes from the beginning of any given week.

That way you can reference them easily and have them with you on any device.
