I track about 10 markets regularly and find that KC and Indy consistently have the best affordability and cash flow combined with strong economic/demographic trends.

I haven't participated in the AA County auctions, but if it's a community with older demographics then I would think that the chances of redemption are lower especially on lines with over 2 years of owed taxes.Good luck!

I've run a landscaping company with quickbooks for years so I'm hoping to continue using quickbooks, and am confident I could set it up in a way the my accountant could properly and easily file my taxes, but I just don't want to weaken or ruin the LLC asset protections to make my paperwork a little cleaner.
