You color match and then get away with painting the whole wall / area which then your eye shouldnt be able to tell difference but to just try and paint a section in the middle of it.....We use the same EXACT color for all the apartments we do and it doesnt even match when touching up because of fade, smoking etc so you paint the wall or section that is divided.

The other crew removed a old smoking balcony from the rear of the property, did some siding repair and painted the entire house.

People can use them when the power goes out, when they want to walk the trail in the dark, go down to the waters edge etc etc.

For example if there is no parking available; shared utilities; no AC; third floor walkup; no smoking; no pets; separate assistance animal policy for non-pets; etc.

I would recommend making sure your condo won’t get smoked with this or it could really hurt your cash flow.

Most tenants can’t even put a fresh battery in their smoke detectors that chirp profusely much less program and maIntaIn an electronic device for the central air system .

light gray for the walls and dark gray for the trim.  

Maybe the tenant loves to hang out under the patio and smoke or relax. 

I am willing to wait until the “smoke clears” and then reassess.
