However, please be extremely judicious in using them.The vast majority of my customers who have used hard money loans get away from them, because virtually all of the profit in the deal is mitigated with interest and fees from hard money lenders.I believe @jscott is involved with a flip financing company now.

Systematizing is great, but don't be too quick to put them in place....That is NOT to say you should waste your time showing properties to tire kickers.I agree - you have to truly understand the clientele / customers that you will be housing / doing business with.

It takes a while to set up your accounts (not really designed for customization but you can get around that by renaming "other" expenses/assets/etc) but once that's done you're good to go.
