@Scott Bowles, on the income side, you want to see a copy of every lease, and cross-reference the lease amount (and any increase notices) to the rent roll. 

Is there a site/platform for landlords specific to temporary/corporate housing, i.e., 30 days rental or longer geared to the corporate relocation or full season rental market?  

The platform we went with actually doesn't have a call center yet (they will be getting one).

Plus the same platform can put you in front of BUYERS before your competition even knows they exist as well as poach clients from their open houses.

I don't know the area but I believe you just aren't reaching enough people and getting on more platforms besides craigslist is critical.
