They are competing on rate because they can't compete on anything else, i.e. service, skill, etc.

Not all of them, but the skilled, honest, and excellent are few and far between.  

I made had overpaid a bid because Seller was very skilled at pushing more.

This program is designed to provide financial literacy, job and apartment placement, and basic survival skills.

Then do an honest assessment of your knowledge, skills, passions, and abilities.

Many people will come out of this craziness with new skills, a business, a total new career etc.

But looking at all of the skill sets and job functions of what was just listed, can you tell me one person who has this much knowledge and experience?

I would like to offer my skills as a producer (for free) to help anyone who has been wanting to start a podcast/youtube channel in exchange for REI mentorship. 

Not hitting the panic button because I feel that everything happens for a reason and in the right timing.Many people will come out of this craziness with new skills, a business, a total new career etc.Now may be the time to finally get back into real estate.
