I have definitely turned down projects, podcast invites, co-coaching & partnership opportunities, etc based on my nap and risk cost/benefit analysis.

I work in the fitness industry as a personal trainer/nutrition coach at a small boutique training facility in the Belle Meade area of Nashville.

I’ve appeared on 3 so far this year.Get 20 new real estate coaching clients and help them acquire their first, second, or third property.

Among all my goals, this is probably the toughest.And do all the above while attending and coaching all my kids' sports, be on vacation 30 days out of the year and have time for family and our church (as I've done this year).

Like when i went on a camping/fishing trip, I was texting bad and forth with a new tenant coaching her on how to use electronic payment software.I decided to go 50/50 traditional/Roth, mostly because I genuinely have NO IDEA if I will take a high paying civilian job in the max tax bracket, live off and pursue real estate full time, or something in between - after leaving the service in a few years.
