I just called around to a bunch of local banks...not Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, etc....I would ask if they had seasoning requirements, it took a few calls but I have found a couple banks who won't enforce seasoning requirements as long as the house appraises.

Today I spoke to the officer who was on the scene - turns out the 911 call was from a woman whose boyfriend lives in the complex, and she called the police because of a drug deal gone bad, and she was being chased by 5 men with guns (I'm not making this up, but she probably was).She ran and hid by our condo, then called the police back to say the men were gone.
