(There is a school four properties away so they may have wanted to prevent school kids from investigating the unsafe structure) It's not humorous at all that a tenant lost her home, I am unsure if she had renters insurance but I set her up with my church St Pauls Episcopal in Maumee where they operate a food pantry and keep a charity fund for just this purpose and she already has the red cross housing her.

Instead of driveway issues (your car blocked mine) it would be more petty like he stole my food, they don't split toiletry costs equally, loud music, smoke, bathroom doesn't get cleaned, or someone pees on the seat, etc.

We ranked all our monthly expenses with a 1 to 5. 1 being absolutely essential like food and shelter, 5 being totally frivelous - stuff we were spending money on which was neither necessary or enjoyable to us, like a storage unit we had because I couldn't be bothered to organize our garage more to make space for the stuff in the storage unit. 3 we would use for things which were not necessary, but we enjoyed.

the packages still came. eventually i took them to whole foods (amazon) and they looked at me blankly and said "we cant help you as we dont do returns/changes of address" so i just tossed the lot in the garbage on my way out.

My second contract is the actual contract I closed on.Crazy thing is, I didn’t see the house before I put contract in.I trusted that my agent knew exactly what I wanted by that time and I flew in to see the house during inspection-before close.STEP #5 Found the money Now some would probably argue that this step should have been higher up on the food chain…BUT I am simply telling you my process.Being fresh out of college, I did not have the capital to pretty much buy ANYTHING cash-no matter how “cheap” the property was.What I did have was good credit and a job.
