You can work this through a lot of different angles, one thing I've worked before is rehabbing to sell to landlords who don't want to be too hands-on with their rentals, so a freshly rehabbed rental property is great for them because its far less likely they'll have to fix much!

I believe Coroplast is an brand name for that material. 4mm is fine, you could be wasting money if your get anything thicker...We only advise the use of bandit signs within the constraints of local ordinances & suggest that they never be "left out" but rather used over the course of a weekend, etc.

Brand new kitchen this year, newer updated full bath a few years ago. * There is 100% for sure asbestos in the walls, they found it when the kitchen had to be gutted.
