@Jacoby Atako I think most people (including myself) just have a word doc template that they build over time and print to pdf.

In my county, you can search any judgements on the property via the Prothonotary's website and search mortgages/liens on the Recorder of Deeds website through a software system that you can download for free.Both systems make you pay for any pages of the documents that you want to print/download. 

Thankfully, the FED is there to come to the rescue with its printing presses.These remarks had more to do with the risk aspect of things.

Now, we could REALLY get into the weeds here so if you do want to find out all the nuances and fine print about renting out your primary home then I would suggest you start networking with some real estate groups locally.
