I've only been exploring this whole new world for a month now, but I am about to start my 4th book (I'm a slow reader but getting faster) and have not listened to music in the car for a while now, just podcasts and it's been really amazing learning about real estate.I am currently the engineering & quality assurance manager for an overhead crane company in Azle and I'm looking to further my knowledge in real estate and figure out how and when to make my first deal.

I usually pick a neighborhood I like and look at each property in turn to see the history of deeds and mortgages.Listsource is definitely faster you just have to learn it.
