But as time went by, she had to dis-arm the alarm remotely when the contractor was scheduled to come over if she was at work, and of course, forgot to do that once or twice and he couldn't get in.When she moved, we removed the alarm panel that she had left behind, and that was that.An SFR that we own had the pipes stolen while it was vacant, a week before the new tenants were to move in.
