so the thought that lawyers are going to come a calling I don't get.. especially if you just own a few properties Attornies WILL NOT take these case on contingency they only take clear cut cases like traffic accidents and disability type deals or some high profile stuff..

This is not exactly brokering because the list is being sold, just like a newspaper is sold to a tenant prospect with a list of the newspaper's published rental ads.Brokering occurs when a fee is collected (only) for matching up the tenant with the landlord.

This change has occurred in lock-step with the growth of suburbia.Elsewhere in the world you can find very livable cities - you go to your neighbourhood grocer, butcher, baker, etc - instead of making a pilgrimage to a 6-acre warehouse on the outskirts of town; your kids go to school in the neighbourhood rather than spending an hour on a bus twice a day {BTW: Public schools in many places are the better ones ;)}.
