The others are still in process and I can never get any updates except that they are in process.Government rarely solves anything.

Updating the house allowed us to demand a higher rent in the area and get a better quality of tenant.

(flooring, cabinets, countertops, sink, light fixtures, updated outlets) Any ball park figures would work.

Make sure you don't run afoul of your state laws:)Also, if you are running your property management under your the license of your real estate broker, make sure you disclose this to them, so they can update their E&O insurance properly.

Its just not adding up when exactly he went to do the work because he never gave me an update, one minute he is saying the techs were there wed, thursday and Friday the next he is saying they were only there for 2days.
