I would try to break up the darkness with some color or a lighter color skirting - a light stone would probably look pretty cool if you can handle the expense and work involved - if you can find something that brings together the dark brown of the house and bright green of the surrounding grass  - something like a light green tint/yellow green - it would tie everything together.

if you are looking around the columbus area ( franklin and all surrounding county ) I will gladly assist in this search. 

Market rents for surrounding area are $550/unit I'd like to get $200/door but very hard to find in decent areas here.  

What a difference it makes when you can surround yourself with experienced investors. 

I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a REIA or similar in the Wilmington, NC area or surrounding?  

Any input on these other surrounding municipalities?

I am very familiar with Westchester, and I have recently been concentrating in the surrounding areas and Connecticut with regards to real estate.

Both have a Main Street where you can walk along and visit local shops surrounded by a variety of residential properties.
