Either way the holder of the contract for deed was a very astute local RE attorney and there is a process to foreclose on these that is basically the same as any other trustee sale or sherrifs sale.. its not just call the note and kick them out like they were tenants.. at least in our neck of the woods.

As I understand it the primary reason to put your real estate business in to LLCs is asset protection to limit your personal liability.If something happened (knock on wood) and a property of yours got sued (rightfully or not) and you owned the property traditionally, you could be sued for any amount of your personal assets (house, car, wage garnishment...).

Not only are they jigged and rigged they also use kiln dried wood so every stick of lumber is true and straight for the most part.
