I didn't implement RUBS yet, but also doing some research on it. 

I just put in buy orders on some gold mining stocks for example.But if you are stuck on real estate as the investment, history tells us that rents hold firmer than real estate values in a downturn. 

After researching wholesaling, it is obvious that I need an 'Investor-friendly' title company, and some contracts prepared for my wholesaling down the road.

Any information, ideas or research recommendation for this and future properties will help out immensely.

Hey, thanks for the quick replies and I’ve looked at my options from private lenders like lendingone however they said that a loan that small would usually be done by a hard money lender so that’s an area that I’m researching at the moment.

And after researching for some time, I realized that it was a bad idea. 

I am a new Real Estate agent and am researching many different areas of the profession so I can determine where my characteristics/traits can be best utilized to become successful.

@Brittany SimmsIt is always best to do your research before you go look at the property so you know exactly what you can offer and back that up with comparable properties and market data.
