It's not that I have a million dollar house or anything like that, I was just trying to pin down if I could include the value of my house to my other assets to obtain my actual net worth to be a millionaire.Stupid exercise I know, but hey, I like doing the math, and I believe in keeping track.

BiggerPockets said i did not have to be an expert to learn from and join a community consisting of experts. to  prove my dedication to myself to pursuing yet another lead to the freedom i fantasize of, i signed up to the Pro membership. with sooo much information out there on anything that piques an interest its difficult knowing what to digest and what to detest. i want to build wealth using the vehicle of real estate investing. i want financial freedom from the powers that be real estate investing. i am married and a father of 7 children, 4 of whom i am physically responsible for. i hold a commercial license which i currently wield to operate refuse compactor trucks for private sanitation companies.

By house hacking, your expenses are ameliorated (to less than rent hopefully), and you wouldn't need to repeat the exercise after a year unless you wanted to scale your investments quickly.
