By this I mean you can supply the note for $100 but the u/w can ask for proof via bank statements that $100 has consistently left your account over the past X number of months.

and won't care for it as much as u do.

broski what do u mean u saved up if you looking for loan lmaoi can get 20-50k in a matter of 1-2 month, i just dont want to play with my own money since i have other investments and businesses to dome personally im looking hard lender for wholesale real estate or maybe complete flip 

well other than saying you own a property this makes zero sense unless there is some underlying valuelike a developer wants it and will pay a premium etc.if its just to get into a rental  I guess but if there is no equity it defeats the short sale the short sale gets approved to sell for less than owed. you bring it current and your in the house more than its worth.why would U do that..
