Short Sales "By the Numbers" [LINK REMOVED] I just registered and watched all their short sale training videos in one day plus read almost all of their posts and boy is my back sore...but it's worth it!

I have some really great stuff in the works (just bought a really nice HD webcam for my videos).Anyways, come around Tuesday I will be moving my buyer list marketing into second gear.

As you can see the stuff these people huck in books and videos is very different from the real world people in the trenches doing deals day in and day out.

Oh well, I've checked it out legally ...and it makes no difference cos the agent or owner has to send it to my old address (recorded) and I get my mailed forwarded.Yeah ..I think they are sweating.No i got no inventory when I moved in (the owner was so mad when I told him), before the walkthrough my husband made a long detailed video of the house to cover ourselves...but the owner never itemized anything himeself.
