I don't know how much siding is loose, but assuming we're talking about a few panels of vinyl, I could easily do everything on that list in one 8 hour day including picking up materials.

Hi Michael - I live in North Myrtle Beach now in an area called Barefoot Resort.  25 years ago, one individual, who happened to own a small, 7 shop strip mall on the beach-side of the intercoastal waterway known as Barefoot Shoppes, crossed the waterway to acquire 2600 acres of, well, nothing.He brought in Dye, Norman, Fazio, and Love to build four golf courses, and we now have 4000 residences between single-family homes, typical 3-level multi-family, and three towers overlooking the waterway.  

To demonstrate that in January 2019, there were 7,637 active listings in Dallas county.

Unfortunately, on smaller MF like this, the listing are usually taken by residential brokers who don't know how to use NOI to value a property. 

Also, will I have the flexibility to shop loans to wholesale lenders beyond the one with whom my license is associated?

Who has had success with paying for buyer's lists and what services have you used?

Or better yet listed on Zillow and put in the comments that you would consider a lease or selling with lease option for the property.  

Or are you try trying to list/sell properties and also wholesale, too?
