just did renos on a rental property, they had ceiling panels in the basement washroom, I went to see why the fan is so loud, and I found that they put the whole kitchen hood fan there :)  it even had the working light in there

You could probably even visit some builder design centers where they usually have some kitchens and bathrooms already set up so you can see what all the materials look like together.  

Looking at the bright side, at least they shut off the water and left all the tile wall and kitchen undamaged.it hurt to look at, here is the basement.

All year round there would be a line outside 31st street for a soup kitchen.

Literally itemize a budget and imagine picking out every piece of a rehab (kitchen, bath, hvac, plumbing, roofing, etc.). gives you a good understanding of what things may cost.

Debris damaged the kitchen and all of the appliances.The claims adjuster has been to the house. 

The 1st unit is almost done (kitchen and bathrooms are good), but 2nd unit is missing bathroom and kitchens.

Each will have their own personal rooms and use the downstairs and kitchen as the common area for the house.
