I found out the reason people can't see the video from mobile devices is because I used a song (Welcome to the Jungle) that is copywrited.

She currently lives and pays for a mobile home as well as this house which is vacant.  

We live in Arizona but do own parks out of state.  Generally like to be 25 spaces minimum.

a=14687489&f=1...Sounds like they are taking flooded mobile homes from last years huge flood by me, fixing them up a bit and reselling them without disclosing the flood damage.  

Jared, there are state specific contracts, actually many variations of each, for example you may have a standard contract for single family homes, one for duplexes one for multiple units, commercial properties, mobile home, as-is, etc etc etc...then you have various addendums to address specific situations, such as pre 1978 lead paint disclosures, short sale, backup contract, etc etc etc.usually the actual contract you will need is dictated by the nature of the home, the seller, and whatever contingency you may impose.  

I plan to always keep one to manage ourselves, so we don't lose touch with what tenants want in a property.As SFR section 8 and mobile home landlords, the stories are too numerous to convey.

Probably not a mobile home, although several are in the neighborhood..

My wife and I own a 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home in a family park.
