What banks are investor friendly?

I dream of becoming a real estate investor and am partnering with a friend with the goal of having our first property in 2019.

I wonder why MLS is frequently touted as a good place for beginners to find deals, then.

Ask around for an investor friendly Realtor.

Good afternoon BP-I am frequently in contact with a few agents and wholesalers in my area in an attempt to be one of the first investors that come to mind when a deal comes across their desk.

(I get it - I've done this multiple times myself, but you need a friend in the business to write up the bid because they are doing you a favor with no return)If you're able to keep these things in mind when talking to one, you might be able to mitigate some of these obstacles and actually get one out there.
